Storage & Maintenance

Storage:

Before storing your Portofino Gstaad, ensure the hat is clean and dry. If it has a little dust, a light brushing with a soft brush or a lint roller will be perfect. Store your Portofino Or away from direct light, in its own dedicated space where it won't be exposed to dust, crushed, or deformed, such as in a hat box, a storage box, on a shelf, or on a hat stand.

Several options are available for storage:

  • You can lay it flat with padding in the crown.
  • You can place it upside down, i.e., on its crown, ensuring that the brim does not touch any surface.
  • You can hang it as a decoration on a wall or place it on a coat rack, making sure to turn it occasionally.

Maintenance:

Gentle brushing of your Portofino Or hat once a month will help preserve it. To do this, simply use a soft brush, a lint roller, or even a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to remove dust, dirt, and hair from your hat.

Our Gstaad wide-brim hat is available in the following sizes:

  • S (55-56 cm)
  • M (57-58 cm)
  • L (59-60 cm)

If you don't know your size, please follow these steps:

  1. Grab a tape measure, or if you don't have one, a piece of string that you can measure afterwards
  2. Place it about 1 cm above your ears and eyebrows, without tightening
  3. If the measurement falls between 2 sizes, choose the larger size
