How to request a return?

To request a return, log in to My Account and click on Request a Return under the relevant product.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Our team will review your request as soon as possible. Once the return request is approved, you will receive a return label to print and affix to your package. The refund will then be processed on our end.
