Refund policy
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer may:
- log in to their customer account and click on "Request a return" for the product in question; or
- use the contact form available on the website when access to the customer account is not possible; or
Any cancellation request received by one of these methods constitutes notification of the Customer's decision to cancel. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to the Customer on a durable medium.
The Customer then has fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of their decision to cancel to return the Product(s).
Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging when available, with any accessories and proof of purchase, in a condition suitable for resale.
Damaged, soiled, incomplete, or modified Products that prevent their resale will not be eligible for a full refund. Products with glued-on hat reducers are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. When Lastelier provides a prepaid return label, the corresponding cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
After receiving the cancellation request, return instructions will be provided to the Customer. A prepaid return label can be provided for returns shipped from mainland France.
For orders shipped outside mainland France, the Customer is responsible for arranging the return of the package to the address provided by Lastelier. Shipping costs, any customs fees, taxes, or other costs related to the return remain the Customer's responsibility.
Refunds of the amounts paid for the order, including initial delivery charges where required by law, will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned Products or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method. Depending on the bank, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in the Customer's account.
