The PARIS beret is one of a kind. With this model, Lastelier revisits the classic French beret, giving it a look full of character. The PARIS is a water-repellent felt beret crafted with great expertise, then carefully assembled in Italy. It stands out with its golden eyelets all around, making it entirely customizable: it can be adorned with a Lastelier Twilou or even your own silk ribbon. The PARIS also features Lastelier's signature inner elastic, comfortable and slightly fitted so that the hat stays perfectly on the head, even in windy weather. This elastic is black to avoid any traces of makeup or cream. The PARIS is a beret of character and exceptional quality.

Storage & Maintenance

Storage:Before storing your Paris beret, make sure it is completely dry and clean. If necessary, gently dust it with a soft natural bristle brush or a lint roller. Although treated to be water-repellent, wool felt is still a natural material that needs to be protected from moisture and direct light. Store it away from direct light and dust, in a hatbox, storage box, or on a dedicated shelf. Make sure it is never crushed or compressed, to preserve its shape and crisp lines. For storage, several options are available to you:

  • Lay it flat with light padding in the crown to maintain its shape.
  • Hang it as a decoration on a wall or a coat rack, remembering to move it occasionally to avoid marks.

Care:Gentle and regular brushing (about once a month) helps preserve the shine and cleanliness of the wool felt. Use a special felt brush, making soft circular motions. You can also use a lint roller to remove dust and small particles. The golden eyelets can be maintained simply by gently wiping them with a soft, dry cloth to preserve their shine.

Size guide

Our Paris beret is one size fits all, suitable for head sizes from 56 to 58. If you don't know your size, please follow these steps:

  1. Use a tape measure, or if you don't have one, a piece of string that you will measure afterwards.
  2. Place it about 1 cm above your ears and eyebrows, without tightening it.
  3. If the measurement falls between 2 sizes, choose the larger size.
